All products are handcrafted or semi-handcrafted, so slight natural variations in color, veins, or texture may occur.

We follow ethical business practices, transparency, and long-term customer trust.

Natural marble variations such as color shades, veins, and lines are not considered defects.

Customized products are manufactured only after customer approval.

Prices depend on marble quality, size, design complexity, and craftsmanship.

Customized order pricing is finalized after design approval.

Prices may change due to market or raw material conditions without prior notice.

Taxes, packing, and transportation charges may be extra.

Advance payment is mandatory for customized orders.

Advance amount generally ranges between 30%–50% of order value.

Remaining payment must be cleared before dispatch or delivery.

Accepted payment modes include Bank Transfer, UPI, and Cash (local orders).

Manufacturing time depends on product type and customization.

Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to design changes, weather, transportation, or force majeure.

Transportation risk passes to the buyer after handover to courier/transporter.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Ready stock items may be cancelled only before manufacturing starts.

Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

Marble products are fragile; returns are generally not accepted.

Refunds are possible only in cases of complete damage or incorrect delivery due to company fault.

Natural variations or handmade imperfections are not valid reasons for returns or refunds.

Customers must inspect products at delivery.

Transit damage must be reported on the same day with photo/video proof.

Late claims will not be accepted.

Marble products do not carry a standard warranty.

Manufacturing defects may be considered at company discretion.

Physical damage or improper installation is not covered.

Installation services may be available for selected locations.

Installation charges may apply separately.

Damages due to improper installation are not the company’s responsibility.

All designs, images, logos, and content are company intellectual property.

Unauthorized copying, reuse, or resale is strictly prohibited.

All disputes fall under Makrana, Rajasthan jurisdiction.

Indian laws shall apply.

The company may modify terms and policies at any time without prior notice.
