We provide high-quality marble products including temples, handicrafts, and custom marble items. All products are handcrafted or semi-handcrafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur.

2. Product Policy

Product images are for reference only. Natural marble variations such as veins and color differences are not considered defects. Customized products are made only after customer approval.

3. Pricing Policy

Prices depend on size, quality, and design complexity. Prices may change without prior notice. Taxes and shipping charges may be extra.

4. Payment Terms

Advance payment is required for customized orders (30%–50%). The remaining amount must be paid before delivery. Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and cash (for local orders).

5. Manufacturing & Delivery

Manufacturing time depends on the product and customization. Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to external factors.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customized orders cannot be canceled once production starts. Advance payments are non-refundable.

7. Legal

All disputes are subject to Makrana, Rajasthan jurisdiction under Indian law.
